- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Never in the office. When I started my policy with State Farm, I got an agent with one foot out the door who screwed up literally everything she possible could before disappearing. You would think State Farm would see all of her clients and let them know they are being reassigned right? Wrong, I had to investigate myself and found out that my new agent was Tom Davis. Tried to communicate with Mr. Tom, instead the only person who did anything for me was a Mr. Roady, who I felt really sorry for because it seemed like he caught all of the responsibility with everyone else. Long story short, my insurance still isn't fixed, I can't get ahold of anyone, and I have gotten to talk to Tom on one occasion and he promised to send me some stuff and has since disappeared.
